Today was a typical day at Ipalook Elementary, but with an early out. Every Wednesday is an early release for the students, and this allows the teachers to have PLC meetings. We have picked up the routine to workout after school. There is equipment at Ipalook, the Middle School, and the High School. We are trying to keep each other motivated! Well... actually... Sasha, Bethany, Sam, and Mark are working out... Kayla's teacher keeps her busy well past everyone else, BUT Kayla gets the best work out from keeping up with her teacher in the hallway... wow, he walks fast!
A local community member taught Kayla's class about simple machines. This was a fun experience for the class as they got to build a machine that flicked a ping pong ball and measured the distance!

Wednesdays are also supposed to be midweek malts, but we all forgot until it was too late... bummer. Next week :)
